ALL MERCHANDISE AND BOXES LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE IN GOOD CONDITION. IF YOU NOTICE ANY OF YOUR BOXES DAMAGED, OPENED, OR RE-TAPED UPON DELIVERY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR DELIVERY PERSON ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING DAMAGED GOODS. ANY CONCEALED SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO YOUR SALES REP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. DAMAGED ITEMS SHOULD BE RETAINED SO WE MAY ISSUE A “CALL” TAG FOR RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE. BEDS’N’STUFF/WATERBEDS’N’STUFF WILL ISSUE EITHER A CREDIT FOR OR A REPLACEMENT OF ALL DAMAGED ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. CREDIT FOR OR REPLACEMENT OF GOODS HAVING CONCEALED DAMAGE SHALL ONLY OCCUR UPON RECEIPT OF SAID GOODS BY BEDS’N’STUFF/WATERBEDS’N’STUFF.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ITEMS DISCONTINUED BY BEDS’N’STUFF/WATERBEDS’N’STUFF OR THE MANUFACTURERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

ANY RETURN OF GOODS BEYOND 30 DAYS FROM THEIR DATE OF PURCHASE WILL BE REJECTED.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
