How to Protect Your Right to Vape Legal Cannabis and Oils

In this month’s blog article we address the most important aspect of life for the people of America, maintaining our precious freedom. This is a little different than the topics we typically write about, because the USA now faces a crisis. Most of you read our blogs because you love smoking, dabbing and vaping. Well now your right to purchase all vape products online is being threatened and will likely be completely eliminated in the near future. As a result, the price of all vape products will skyrocket very soon. So please continue reading to learn how to protect your right to vape legal cannabis and oils.

Last year we witnessed the worst pandemic outbreak in history and many people endured terrible illness, death, and hardship. In order to combat the destructive economic and social effects the government passed a series of bills and acts. Well some politicians, including the outgoing president, took advantage of that opportunity to rip away and destroy some of your most beloved freedoms. As one of the final acts of EX-president Trump, using the COVID 19 relief bill he pushed a ban on all vaping products into the  Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 in a section called the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act (which forces shippers to comply with the PACT Act). Using people's pain from COVID 19 as an excuse to steal basic freedoms and burying it deep in the bill on page 5136 is shameful.

Not to mention the fact that helping people should have had nothing to do with vaping, they hid under the false guise of protecting children from Juul and flavored nicotine vaping products. But in reality they had a much larger agenda to ban all online sales of your favorite vape products used for vaping legal cannabis and cannabis oil products (often found in cartridges) that you purchase from the dispensaries. Under the current interpretation of the vague language of the law by the US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS, this would include all vape pens, vape pen batteries, dab pens, and other vaporizers. This will result in the loss of your freedom and much higher prices for all of you!

When you see our most simple and fundamental freedoms being taken from us, it is time to step up as a people and say no to fascism. Our business has been open for almost 50 years fighting for your freedom, with the purpose of supplying the good people of the USA with the products that they want and need. We believe it is your right to smoke, vape, dab or otherwise consume whatever you want within the safety of your own home. The people have been attacked many times by previous administrations and our company will always fight for freedom.

In the 1970’s there was a legalization movement similar to the efforts that are currently in motion. Many states decriminalized the use and possession of cannabis and the people were on their way toward freedom. However, the “Parents Movement” began to emerge in 1976, again hiding under the auspices of protecting children. This terrible movement eventually came to its height of power under the Reagan Administration with Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No” campaign. Don’t let them lie to you again and steal you basic rights. It is a slippery slope that  could once again destroy the current cannabis legalization efforts and strip you of your rights.

This is your final chance to stand up for your rights, your country, and all that the United States of America originally stood for. We have already lost the ability to ship all vape products on FedEx, while UPS will stop shipping these products on April 5th, 2021 and the USPS will stop shipping on April 27, 2021. However, we are supposed to live in a democracy and the USPS should exist to serve the people. For this reason, we are asking you to make your voice heard.
