RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Any open product cannot be returned.

All sales on adult products are final.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Exclusions may apply. Please check the product page for more information on restrictions.

Due to the nature of adult, fetish, or urine delivery devices, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were dissatisfied with. Further, we cannot accept returns of adult products you received but did not use and then wish to return. We cannot re-sell them. In other words, all sales on adult products are final.

If you need to return an eligible unused item, please visit the "View Completed Orders" page located under "My Account" settings to start a return request. Note: you must be logged in to your account start a return request. You may also Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. For help canceling your unshipped order please email sales@waterbedsnstuff.com

Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS picks up shipments from our corporate office every business day between 11 AM - 3 PM.
FedEx orders are picked up every business day around 4 PM.

Once your package has left our facility, you are no longer able to cancel your order.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please carefully inspect any merchandise you receive for any damage upon delivery. Waterbeds 'n' Stuff will replace or refund unused items that were damaged during shipment if notified within this timeframe.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have received a delivery confirmation email and have not received your shipment you should immediately contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We will NOT refund or reship orders with a delivery confirmation.

Unused merchandise that is returned to us due to an invalid or unknown address will be refunded. However, we will not refund the shipping charges in the event a package was returned to as having an invalid address. 

AGE VERIFICATION AND AUTO-CANCELED ORDERS

Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Waterbeds 'n' Stuff, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

COUPON CODES & SALES

Only one coupon code is applicable per order. If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!

If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed. Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
