Wholesale Returns

We make every effort to keep our website's pricing accurate and up-to-date. However, all prices shown are subject to change without notice, and Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff is not responsible for any typographical errors.


All merchandise and boxes leave our warehouse in good condition. If you notice any of your boxes damaged, opened, or re-taped upon delivery, please file a claim with your delivery person according to their rules and regulations concerning damaged goods. Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff assumes no responsibility for non-concealed damaged shipments and we cannot give credit for the same.


Any concealed shortages or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged items should be retained so we may issue a "Call" tag for return to our warehouse. Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff will issue either a credit for our replacement of all damaged items accepted for return. Credit for or replacement of goods having concealed damage shall only occur upon receipt of goods by Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff.


Returns are only accepted if products are defective or damaged as a result of shipping. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Items discontinued by Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff or the manufacturers are not returnable and no credit will be issued.


Any return of goods beyond 30 days from their date of purchase will be rejected.


Shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that the wrong item was sent or the item(s) was concealed and suffered damage during shipment.


Waterbeds 'n' Stuff/Beds 'n' Stuff reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion for any reason.
