As America tries to return to normal, we at Waterbeds 'n' Stuff continue to strive to fulfill every order you place with us on-time to ship to you as quickly and discreetly as possible as we have during the entire pandemic to this point. When the postman comes to our door, we load his truck with every order we can and trust they will reach their destination safely.
As you may be aware, however, changes have been taking place within the United States Post Services (USPS). These changes affect businesses all across the country, and ours included. Many customers are reporting a significant delay in package deliveries. This is because USPS is having to give First Class packages a lower priority compared to Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express packages. If you choose First Class Shipping your package may be delayed 1-2 weeks. The dates shown at checkout for estimated arrival time are no longer accurate.
We offer First Class Shipping as our cheapest available option for customers who do not qualify for our free shipping. Our free shipping used to give First Class by default, but because of this problem we are temporarily upgrading our free shipping customers to Priority Mail to guarantee a faster delivery.
Unfortunately the problems affecting the USPS will continue to grow, and in the near future we predict Priority Mail packages will begin to see delays too. We will closely monitor the situation and act accordingly to ensure everyone can receive their orders in a timely manner, even if it comes at our expense.

Dear customers,
As the nation and the state of Ohio begin to re-open for business, we are working hard to ensure that our 13 retail locations around Columbus become ready to serve the public. If you're a local, stop on by! All of our employees wear masks, and we have sanitation stations around the store to ensure everyone stays safe during their visits.
Due to our resupplying of our 13 retail locations, our current website stock for certain products are running a little low. We are trying to maintain our excellent business connections, whom are certainly encountering hardships of their own, to maintain our supplies, but as the global economy is recovering from the impact of COVID-19 some of our deliveries are delayed.
We are trying our best to ensure we get everything our customers love, and continue to find new, awesome gear to share! Check your favorite products regularly to see if they're back in stock, or use our new notification feature to automatically receive an e-mail when your favorite item is back in.

Ohio has extended the state-wide Stay-At-Home order and as such our physical locations around Columbus will remain closed until further notice.
Meanwhile, we will continue to fulfill orders from our website with the upmost care. Our dedicated team continues to pack and ship orders quickly and regularly, however we are still operating with a smaller staff.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact and concern throughout the world, in our state, and in the local community, we feel it is important to communicate some of the actions that Waterbeds 'n' Stuff is taking not only to help protect you and our associates, but to provide necessary adjustments in our processes for your comfort and convenience.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for the best methods to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees especially the importance of washing and sanitizing hands and staying home if they feel sick.
With these guidelines in place, we will strive to continue to serve everyone and ensure that all of your orders with us are fulfilled. We will be working with a much smaller staff but with the same commitment of high-quality, hassle-free ordering and the best customer support. We ask that you bear with us as order fulfillment may not be as quick as normal, especially for Overnight orders, but rest assured that every order you place with us will be shipped promptly.
For our local customers, as you may be aware the state of Ohio has issued a Stay-At-Home order effective Monday, March 23rd at 11:59 PM. Due to this, our 12 store locations will be closing until such time that the Stay-At-Home order is lifted. A large selection of our products available in stores can be found here on our website, so all customers can still shop comfortably.
