2. What’s the difference between stick, cone, and backflow incense?
Stick incense burns longer and smoother; cone incense is stronger and faster; backflow cones have a hollow base for cascading smoke effects with the right burner.
3. How long does each type of incense burn?
Stick incense burns approximately 30–60 minutes. Cone incense lasts about 15–30 minutes. Backflow cones typically burn for 10–20 minutes depending on size and airflow.
4. Do I need special holders for cones or backflow cones?

5. Why isn’t the smoke flowing down on my backflow burner?
Make sure the cone is centered in the recess and the area has minimal airflow. Drafts or misalignment can cause smoke to rise instead.
