Counterfeit or defective? It leaks and spills.
I like the small size. The big bowl is awesome. No cover for it and I can't have a long sesh because it is flawed. Day one, I discovered that it's Not portable in bag, not leakproof, not spill-proof. Boo! Defective and possibly counterfeit. Booo! Customer support hasn't replied after a week. BOOOO! Mine has some marks and burrs on the black plastic parts especially the seam/rim, and the hinge or joint where the stem meets the container, below the bowl. When I draw on it, I i can hear/feel extra air coming in from this area. It has no carb, so it shouldn't be happening. There's no way to cover the leak with a thumb, because it is leaking at the hinge area, which is marked up, and damaged. It all leaked in my bag, and I filled it properly. Very small amount of water in bottom, just below the line. The metallic label was flaking and coming off on day one. The plastic or acrylic is not as thick as the one had about 20 years ago. It heats up fast. No long sessions, air not drawing in well, gotta suck really hard 2 get any smoke in, with the leak...so that big bowl is useless. I hope for a reply and replacement. The sales staff was prompt 2 answer b4 purchase, but support staff afterwards, nothing. And I could not get free shipping to my zip code even though I ordered over the amount. :( Not sure I'll be a repeat customer. I really want a leakproof pipe 2 fit in my little bag. ?

I was given one of these for a wedding gift in 1982!!! I was randomly talking with a friend about how cool it was and that I wished I still had it. On a whim, I searched for it and WOW!!! There it was!!! Imagine my delight in finding this little gem was still around!!! So of course I ordered one for myself and two for my friends that I had told about it. Well made, affordable, and a great selection of colors too. Definitely a 10 outta 10 product AND service too!!!

We recently purchased the BOGO on the Aqua Pies and wow I'm so happy we did. Not only, my wife has one too. Lol the only ding I would give this item is, it really needs a cap. If u knock over the bong the flower falls out. Just saying a cap would make this perfect. Thank you.
