I made a recent purchase. A 79 cent bowl was left out of the order. I emailed customer service. They got back to me within a three hours. stating that a replacement was on the way. Would have been MUCH easier for them to offer me a refund and a $5 store credit. But they sent the bowl, along with a spare! That's great customer service!
