Branded with their logo so you can show off that it's the real deal, Medicali Downstems are made with borosilicate glass and, unlike conventional downstems, have a showerhead perc at their tip for great percolation.
This downstem has the typical 19mm joint to go into your water pipe and a 14mm joint for your favorite accessories.

Medicali pieces are made in a variety of colors and text styles, printed directly onto the glass of the body and accessories. Pictured above is Medicali's Green color with Cursive Script text, but other available colors include Red, Gold, White, and many more, and an alternate Block Lettering text as well.
