Still wrong piece sent me 14 mm male
Lady was friendly took care of me. Ordered 14 mm female first time got to small. Replacement was a male so it was not worth a crap to me. Went to a store and got one.

It's a good piece a little not perfectly straight but good enough for use for sure but the customer service when it came broken was fantastic they got your back for sure if something goes wrong in the mail.
