Excellent Customer Service
This was my second order through Waterbeds n Stuff and I have had a great experience both times. The first shipment was carefully wrapped/protected and I received it within days of placing the order. That time I bought a quartz banger that was of far superior quality to any of the bangers I've purchased at local smoke shops. Plus it was cheaper (only $12!) For this order I purchased a second quartz banger and a water pipe for my dad for Christmas. The order actually got lost in the mail (which was entirely down to USPS.) I contacted WNS and they immediately shipped out another package without hesitation. The package arrived in time for Xmas and my dad loves his bubbler. I will not be purchasing smoke accessories through local headshops anymore as WNS has everything I need with lower pricing and fast shipping.
