1. Fully charge the Pivot before first use via the USB-C port. A full charge delivers up to 15 sessions.
2. Triple-click the button to check battery status:
   • Green means full
   • Red means low.
3. Open the mouthpiece and load a small amount of concentrate into the 3D Chamber.
4. Single-click to cycle through the four heat settings:
   • Blue (low, best for flavor)
   • Green (medium, balanced)
   • Red (high, more vapor)
   • White (maximum vapor and potency)
5. Double-click to start the heating cycle.
6. Wait for the double buzz and flashing lights - your dab is ready.
7. Double-click again during your session to activate Boost Mode for a bigger, more extended hit.
8. After your session, clean the chamber with a cotton swab. Regular maintenance extends the life of your 3D Chamber significantly.

The Puffco Pivot works with wax, shatter, budder, rosin, and live resin. The 3D Chamber handles a wide range of consistencies well, but for the best flavor and vapor production stick to stable, scoopable concentrates. Very runny or liquid-like oils are not recommended, as they can seep past the chamber and create maintenance issues. A small, rice-grain-sized amount is all you need per session.

On a full charge the Puffco Pivot delivers up to 15 sessions. How long each charge lasts in practice depends on which heat setting you use most; Blue and Green settings are easier on the battery than Red or White. The LED gives you a quick battery status check with a triple-click at any time. USB-C charging means you can top up with the same cable as your phone, and a 45-minute charge is enough to get you back in action fast.
