Overall I like the piece, although I accidentally got two of them. The bowl hole is the same width as the stem, I could fit my entire pinkie tip in it, so I thought it was just the stem and the bowl that would go inside it was missing. I wrote Waterbeds 'n' Stuff about the missing bowl, and upon receipt of the free replacement pipe (although I did state they could just send the bowl), I found out the huge, gaping stem WAS the bowl. The salesman who clarified for me was able to see what I meant that any material would fall straight through, and he sent me filters at no cost. My recommendation for the shop would be to fix the bowl so tobacco etc can actually sit in it, my recommendation to the consumers is buy it because it's cute and funny as hell, pick up some filters so you can actually smoke. $2.99 for a lot of them in varying sizes. Great piece, fun to hold the balls.
