Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unused electronic vaporizers, batteries, or other battery operated devices are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Exclusions may apply. Please check the product page for more information on restrictions.

Due to the nature of adult, fetish, synthetic urine, or urine delivery devices, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were dissatisfied with. Further, we cannot accept returns of adult products you received but did not use and then wish to return. We cannot re-sell them. In other words, all sales on adult products are final.

If you need to return an eligible unused item, please visit the "View Completed Orders" page located under "My Account" settings to start a return request. Note: you must be logged in to your account start a return request. You may also Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and said products cannot be shipped to all United States destinations. Please check your local laws and regulations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Signatures Required on Delivery

Waterbeds 'n' Stuff requires a signature for products valued over $99. This requirement is NOT for orders totaling more than $99, unless they contain products valued at $99 or more.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have received a delivery confirmation email and have not received your shipment you should immediately contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We will NOT refund or reship orders with a delivery confirmation. Unused merchandise that is returned to us due to an invalid or unknown address will be refunded. However, we will not refund the shipping charges in the event a package was returned to as having an invalid address.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please carefully inspect any merchandise you receive for any damage upon delivery. Waterbeds 'n' Stuff will replace or refund unused items that were damaged during shipment if notified within this timeframe.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping charges on packages that are delayed for any reason are non-refundable unless the tracking information has not been updated by the shipping carrier for 7 days or more from the ship date. We may replace or refund your order for you if this sort of extended delay happens, but we do recommend inquiring about any abnormal delays with the shipping carrier. Shipping charges may also be refunded by request on orders with guaranteed deliver times in which the carrier fails to deliver on or before the stated service delivery date. Examples of shipping services with guaranteed delivery dates are USPS Priority Express with 1-2 day guaranteed delivery or UPS Overnight which delivers Next Day.
